2014 was complicated. Not bad, not particularly hard, just very confusing. Nothing came in easily, people did not speak candidly, plans needed serious adjustments, challenges, like distant relatives, outstayed their welcome and produced unnecessary destructions. A year full of books, modern art, travel, calculated risks and reflection.


London, Munich and Paris. New year resolution – get to the next career level.


Madrid and Paris. Took a few weeks of serious doubts to decide to fire someone I just hired a few months earlier. Necessary evil in professional experience collection.
